My name is Daniel Rudolph, and I am the founder and owner of Kiwi Strength. I am a powerlifting and strength training coach, athlete, and blogger. I have over 15 years of experience in the sport, and I have competed in several national and international events. I have also helped clients achieve their strength and performance goals and becoming world and national champions, from beginners to advanced lifters. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills with others, and I love to see people transform their lives through powerlifting and strength training.
