One of the best strength gym in town, been with kiwistrength for 4 years now. And has been coaching me for 4years aswell. And I have learnt alot from him. Thank you for all the support you have given me. So kiwistrength is the place to train, great support from the coach and the the crew. Awesome atmosphere, great culture.

I've been training here for only 3 weeks but can't believe what an inspirational environment this place is. Be it strongman/woman, power lifting, armwrestling or just getting stronger this place is going to help you improve. Some people here have strength that would make the Hulk feel inadequate but still find time to be accepting and supportive.

This is not your standard gym - thank goodness. If you choose this gym, you are making a choice to join a family of like minded people who work hard and play hard together. If you need support, you'll get it. If you need advice, you'll get it. If you need a kick up the arse, you'll get it. And if you just need a quiet spot in a familiar place, you'll get that too. If you want experience and expertise - Dan's your man! He knows how to get results from you even when you don't think it's possible. And there's plenty of experienced lifters in the gym who can support and help along the way. We're a team - and you are welcome to join. Just be prepared for a little 'crazy' too.. At Kiwi-Strength, smashing goals and surviving spontaneity are our norms!! And chalk - hope you like chalk.

I moved from Taranaki two months ago just to be apart of the Kiwi-Strength gym. Since then I have gained so much knowledge, confidence and motivation. I am New Zealand's current top Female Powerlifter, ranked 9th in the world for my weight class. I wouldn't have gotten here without Kiwi-Strength. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming and I love the fact that it is set up for multiple strength sports. It's not just a gym, it's a whanau. 10000000% reccomend!

Been lifting here for a year now. Fantastic strength gym with a great, supportive culture. Some insanely strong folk train here who are great for inspiration and advice. The new spot includes even more range of equipment, couldn't recommend it enough.

Owner/coach Daniel is definitely someone you want in your corner when it come ls to anything strength related. Wanna get strong with a wicked group of gals and guys? Come join.

Best gym I've ever been to. I am the current NZ bench press record holder and Oceania Armwrestling champ, placed 10th in the World and this has all been done by the help/training hand of kiwi-strength. This gym produces quality athletes and quality power.
